Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover
2Six Rent is the trading name (DBA) of SM Mobility LLC, a Florida car rental company based in the Orlando area ("2Six Rent," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 2sixrent.com website and your account on it — browsing the fleet, creating an account, and submitting a reservation request.
These Terms do not govern the rental of a vehicle itself. Once a reservation is confirmed, the actual rental is governed by the separate Rental Agreement you sign at pickup (the ARRC Florida Rental Agreement, "Rental Agreement"). If anything in these Terms conflicts with the signed Rental Agreement for a specific rental, the Rental Agreement controls.
By using this website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Eligibility to Reserve and Rent
- You must be at least 21 years old to reserve or rent any vehicle from us. This is an absolute minimum — we cannot make exceptions.
- Vehicles marked as sports or performance models carry a higher minimum age of 25, with no exceptions. No one under 25 may be listed or act as an authorized driver on those vehicles, even as an additional driver.
- Between 21 and 24, a young-driver surcharge applies on standard (non-sports) vehicles. The amount depends on the specific vehicle and is shown in your quote before you book — it isn't a fixed public rate.
- Every driver must hold a valid driver's license. We verify a valid form of ID and license at pickup, and may ask you to upload a copy of your license or passport to your account beforehand.
- Only drivers listed and authorized on the signed Rental Agreement may operate the vehicle.
3. Your Account
- You need an account to submit a reservation request — it lets us keep you updated and makes communication easier.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You can upload identification documents (driver's license or passport) to your account. We store them privately — never on public-facing storage — and a member of our team manually reviews and verifies each document. We don't use automated ID scanning, OCR, or facial recognition.
4. How a Reservation Works
- Submitting a reservation request is not an instant, confirmed booking. Our team reviews availability and confirms manually; you'll get an email as soon as it's confirmed.
- The vehicle shown in a listing is the specific vehicle you'll receive — we don't sell by category or "or similar."
- You can track the status of your request anytime from "My Reservations" in your account, and you'll receive email updates at each stage.
5. Cancellations
- For pending or confirmed future reservations, you can request cancellation from your account. Our team reviews the request before the reservation status is finalized.
- Refund treatment for any amount already charged is handled as part of that review and, where applicable, under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
6. Pricing, Payment, and Deposit
- Prices shown on the site are per vehicle and per rate tier (daily/weekly/monthly); exact charges are confirmed in your quote.
- A credit card in the renter's name is required at pickup for the rental charges and a refundable security deposit (or, alternatively, a cash deposit). We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.
- Mileage terms (any allowance and excess-mileage rate) depend on the rate that applies to your specific reservation and are confirmed with your quote — rentals are billed on a time-and-mileage basis.
- Return the vehicle with at least the same fuel level it had at pickup, or a refueling charge applies (unless you purchased a prepaid fuel option).
- All charges are subject to a final audit, as detailed in the Rental Agreement.
7. Protection, Insurance, and Vehicle Use
- Your own auto liability and personal injury insurance is primary while you drive, as required under Florida law. Optional protection products (such as Collision Damage Waiver, Supplemental Liability Insurance, and Personal Accident Insurance) are available at pickup — these are optional, are not insurance, and don't cover every situation. Full terms are in the Rental Agreement.
- Permitted and prohibited uses of the vehicle, and what happens if the vehicle is used improperly, are set out in the Rental Agreement you sign at pickup — read it carefully before you drive.
8. Tolls and Traffic Violations
Any tolls, parking citations, and traffic fines incurred during your rental are your responsibility. If a charging authority bills us, we may pay it on your behalf and pass the charge through to you, plus an administrative fee.
9. Website Use
- Don't use the site to submit false or fraudulent reservation information, attempt to access another customer's account, interfere with the site's operation, or scrape or copy fleet content for a competing service.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms or misused the site.
- We work to keep vehicle listings, availability, and pricing accurate, but availability can change between when you view a listing and when your reservation is confirmed. We'll tell you if something you requested is no longer available.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 2Six Rent / SM Mobility LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website — as distinct from the rental itself, which is governed by the Rental Agreement's own liability terms. The website is provided "as is," and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to your use of this website that can't be resolved informally by contacting us will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
