Before you reserve
Policies and booking notes
These notes summarize the main terms of your rental in plain language, so there are no surprises at pickup. The full, binding terms are in the rental agreement you sign.
Minimum driver age
All drivers must be at least 21 years old. Every driver must hold a valid driver's license, and only drivers listed on the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle. A valid form of ID and license are verified at pickup.
Deposit / security hold
At pickup we place a refundable security hold on your credit card, or take a cash deposit, for a reasonable amount in addition to the estimated rental charges. Any unused portion is released or refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected; the time it takes to appear back on your card depends on your card issuer.
Protection / insurance
Your own valid auto liability and personal injury insurance is primary while you drive, as required by Florida law. We offer optional protection products — such as a Collision Damage Waiver and Supplemental Liability — that you may accept or decline at pickup. These are optional and are not insurance; full terms are in the rental agreement.
Payment methods
A credit card in the renter's name is required at pickup for the rental charges and the security hold. We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. All charges are subject to a final audit, and you authorize us to correct any errors with your card issuer.
Mileage
Rentals are charged on a time-and-mileage basis, and any mileage allowance or excess-mileage rate depends on the rate that applies to your reservation. Because it varies by rate, we confirm your mileage terms during follow-up rather than posting a single blanket figure.
Fuel
Return the vehicle with at least the same fuel level it had at pickup. If it is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge applies unless you purchase a prepaid fuel option.
Tolls & traffic violations
Any tolls, parking citations, and traffic fines incurred during your rental are your responsibility. If a charging authority bills us, we may pay it on your behalf and pass the amount through to you plus an administrative fee.
Permitted use
Vehicles are for personal use only — commercial use such as rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or delivery services is not permitted. The vehicle may be driven within the United States and Canada; taking it outside that area (for example, into Mexico) is not allowed. Smoking, off-road use, and any unlawful use are prohibited. Full terms are in the rental agreement.
Pickup and return
We're based in the Orlando area and deliver to Orlando (MCO), Sanford (SFB), Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Miami (MIA). Pickup and return options are shown during the reservation-request flow. Return the vehicle to the agreed location on the date and time in your agreement; a different location or a late return may incur an additional charge.
Cancellation requests
Reservation requests are not automatically confirmed bookings. For future pending or confirmed reservations, signed-in customers can request cancellation from their account area and our team reviews the request before the reservation status is finalized.
